All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

 

4.2 Delivery Timeline

* Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days
* Remote or non-serviceable areas: up to 10 business days

 

4.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are subject to change based on location and order size.

 

4.4 Delivery Disclaimer

MAA Education shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

* Courier partners
* Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
* Unforeseen circumstances such as natural events or logistical disruptions

 

4.5 Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos). Claims beyond this period may not be entertained.
