REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Refund Policy

All payments made to MAA Education are *strictly non-refundable* under normal circumstances.

Exceptions, if any, shall be:

* Granted solely at the discretion of management
* Processed within a reasonable timeframe if approved

 

3.2 Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation requests may be considered only before course commencement
* Once access to course material, classes, or kits is provided, no cancellation will be entertained

3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or dispute raised by the user may result in:

* Immediate suspension of services
* Permanent restriction from future enrollments
* Legal action where applicable
