Workshops & Programs: Our training sessions, competitions, and classroom workshops are service-based and do not involve physical shipping. Confirmation details and participation guidelines will be shared digitally via email/WhatsApp with the registered contact.

Physical Products: Items such as robotics kits, books, and merchandise ordered through our official website, Razorpay pages, or authorized partners will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

Bulk / Institutional Orders: May require additional time depending on order size and customization; timelines will be communicated in advance.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance procedures. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of dispatch.

Digital Content / E-Materials: Delivered instantly via email after successful payment.

Workshops / Events: Schedule and logistics will be confirmed directly with the school or institution.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners, both domestic and international, to ensure safe, trackable deliveries.
4. Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active in the courier system.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. MAA Education is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

7. Non-Delivery & Reshipment

If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maaeducation.com with details and supporting images. We will arrange for replacement or resolution as per our policy.
